Shipping
At the moment Lili’s Creations is only shipping within Canada. Please contact Natalie, the artist for more information. Find her contact information on the Contact and Bio page.
Shipping is calculated at checkout with Canada Post and UPS as the service providers.
Local pick up is available, ( in Guelph, Ontario) please select this option at checkout. An email will be sent to you to coordinate pick up times and pick up location address.
Order requests are usually processed within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Thank you for your patience.
Please let us know ASAP if an incorrect address was used at checkout. Once shipped, we are unable to change the address.
Returns
Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges on original artwork. If there is a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We do NOT take responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address. We recommend double checking if your shipping address was entered correctly. After that you can file a report with the shipping company
